Pistachio Mallow Salad:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 can of crushed, drained (20 ounces) pineapple
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. In an enormous blending bowl, consolidate the squashed pineapple (ensure it's very much depleted), scaled-down marshmallows, and whipped cream. Blend delicately until very much joined.
2. Add the shelled pistachios to the combination and mix until equally circulated.
3. Sprinkle the destroyed coconut over the plate of mixed greens and tenderly crease it in.
4. To allow the flavors to combine and the marshmallows to soften, place the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
5. Enjoy a chilled meal.
Note: If you want more flavor and texture, you can also add diced apples or mandarin oranges to the salad. Also, you can change the pleasantness by adding pretty much marshmallows as per your inclination.
