Shaped Strawberry Salad is a scrumptious sweet or side dish made with new strawberries and a gelatin-based combination. To make it easier for you, here's a quick and easy recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups new strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 cup bubbling water
- 1 bundle (0.3 ounces) of strawberry-seasoned gelatin
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped beating
Directions:
1. Use non-stick cooking spray to lightly grease a 4-cup gelatin mold or individual serving mold.
2. At the bottom of the molds, arrange the strawberries in a single layer by slicing them thinly. A few sliced strawberries can also be saved for later use as a garnish.
3. The strawberry-flavored gelatin and granulated sugar should be dissolved in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until all of the sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
4. Add the virus water to the gelatin combination and mix well.
5. Permit the gelatin blend to cool for around 10-15 minutes, however, ensure it doesn't begin to set.
6. Delicately pour the gelatin combination over the cut strawberries in the mold(s).
7. The molds should be refrigerated for about two to three hours, or until the gelatin is firm.
8. The molds should be taken out of the refrigerator once the gelatin has been set.
9. Dip the molds in warm water to just loosen the edges before unmolding the salad. After that, to transfer the salad to the serving plate, invert a serving plate over the molds.
10. Decorate the formed strawberry salad with touches of whipped cream or whipped garnish and a few extra-cut strawberries, whenever wanted.
11. Enjoy a chilled meal.
Note: Along with the strawberries, you can add other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or sliced peaches to this recipe to make it your own. Simply ensure the aggregate sum of natural products doesn't surpass the limit of your mold(s). Additionally, go ahead and change the pleasantness as per your taste inclination by adding pretty much sugar.
